Behavior prediction of traffic participants

In our living environment, there are various kinds of mobilities such as pedestrians, automobiles, bicycles and wheelchairs. In recent years, new mobility devices such as electric kickboards and autonomous vehicles have appeared, and it is essential to achieve both safety and smoothness in traffic where these devices coexist. In our laboratory, we are conducting research on pedestrian movement prediction methods that consider human intentions and attention, as well as the influence of surrounding people and the environment.
